- When typing in /kb followed by a search term, the Niagara Knowledge Bot gives you the first search result from our Knowledge Base:
- If you're using /kb in reply to someone, the Niagara Knowledge Bot will also reply to the same person:
- When replying, you can also omit the search term and write /kb. The bot will then use the citation as the search term, but this might not always give you the most relevant knowledge base article.
- If you want to link the help page you're reading right now, write /kb (without a search term and without replying to someone) into the chat:
