2 columns favorites for phones as well.

Feature Request

I have seen that tablets/foldables have 2 column favorites and it looks absolutely beautiful and super useful.

I really wanted this on my phone as well. I hardcoded this by modifying the apk and it looks like it can actually work!

So maybe an option to choose single or multiple column on phones too would be absolutely game changing!

    The original idea for the two-column layout is that with just a single column, a lot of space is wasted on wide devices like foldables and tablets.

    The main reason the setup looks decent on your device is the fact that you have disabled app names and do not have any pending notification previews visible. Otherwise, it would look very cluttered and unpolished.

    This is why we do not plan to add official two-column support for narrow devices.

      Please think about it. It would really make the app perfect. I drew up this sketch of an idea of how it could work. Where only one row needs notifications like the messaging apps.
