4-dot icon drag and drop not working to reorder pop ups

Bug Reports

I tried all suggestions but none worked. There are no updates in the play store. I added Niagara launcher accessibility. I restarted phone. I force stopped Niagara launcher.

    This is an issue that appeared when Niagara Launcher uses the two-column layout.

    The bug has been addressed with Niagara Launcher v1.14.6, so please update the app.

    I just noticed that the 4-dots are not working on the Niagara Launcher home screen either. I cannot reorder anywhere.
