A random app will stop working once in a while

Every once in 2/3 months, a random app will stop working.

It first happened with Instagram, now is happening with my CIBC Banking app.

Apps would try to start, then immediately shut down (not even reaching app home or login screen). If force stopped and cache cleared, app will try to start and then display generic Android error with no details.

Only way to get the app working is:

• Change default launcher back to Pixel Experience

• Turn off phone

• Start phone

• App will work again

I'm currently running on Android 16, Google Pixel 7a.
