A Setting to Prevent Opening All Apps by Swiping Up

When I try to swipe up in favorite app mode, it's treated as scrolling, causing the entire app list mode to activate, which is inconvenient.

I propose adding a setting to disable to start full app list mode on the side where the alphabet isn't displayed.
