Add an option for ppl to see notification on the clock widget beside weather

I prefer to hide the status bar, I also keep the quick replies off for a clean look, but doing so I have no way to see my notifications, can you please make it so that the icons of incoming notifications pop up beside things like weather or battery percentage.
