Add an option to keep the homescreen stack centered vertically

Currently, one can set the height of the widgets, but depending on which widget or recommended app is displayed, the homescreen stack may elongate, therefore appearing lower on the screen. I would appreciate an option to keep the entire stack automatically vertically centered (with the same space above and below the stack), no matter how large the stack currently is because of contextual apps or widgets. In other words, I would like the stack to not only extend downwards when recommended apps or widgets appear, but to extend equally downwards and upwards. This would ensure a constantly balanced appearance of the home screen.
