Add context menu item for notification summary

I have been using the notification summary for some time time now (and I think it should leave “experimental state” as it is really working well and stable).

However there is no easy way to add our remove an application to to the applications that get notifications summarized, right now you have to dig through the settings to reach the appropriate setting.

A context menu item on an application would make this much more comfortable and easier.
