Add default option in Themes menu

Currently if you set one of the Pro themes you cant undo it unless you configure each setting that was changed back to their defaults.

It would be much more convenient to just have a “default theme” option so users can easily undo it if they change their mind, or want to quickly display the default look.

The option would be selected already for fresh installs.
