Add predictive back support

Feature Request

Not so long ago Android introduced a stable API for predictive back gesture that adds contextual transitions between previously opened screens and appa.

It would be really nice to have such animations used instead of the default back handler that simply swipes down any app.

Here are examples of back gesture from Niagara Launcher and the default Pixel launcher.

    This is listed as a known issue on Niagara's site, with a link to this upstream bug:

    https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/263606935

    That bug got closed as obsolete, even though I can still reproduce it exactly by following the reproduction steps (on a Pixel 8 running the latest version of GrapheneOS), so a new bug needs to be filed, and the link updated.
