Add tags to apps

I would like to be able to assign word tags to apps so that I can use the tag in the Niagara search. For example I have few apps that provide scan functionality. However their names doesn't contain the word scan. With the tag functionality I would then be able to hide all those apps from the app list and using the search just type “scan” and all the apps having the “scan” tag would show up.
