Add the ability to switch off the built-in clock

I travel a fair bit and find android's dual clock display dead useful. There is already a widget that gives me that ability. However, adding that means I have two clocks being displayed (with the same info e.g. date/ time) weather etc). I'd like the ability to remove or switch off or hide the built in clock. Hope this is clear enough.

As far as my searches go, this has not been requested yet. Apologies in advance if it has.
