Add Ukrainian language support

Ive been ploud user of Siagara launcher for past couple of years, but the thing that bugs me that i cant use it as easily on Ukrainian language interface as i do so on English one, i suggest just adding Ukrainian alphabet replacing the english one on the left sidebar when the phone localisation changes
