Adjustable time of notification summary

Notifications stress me, so the feature notification summary is actually really helpful to still get notifications of certain apps, but not seeing them until a specific time.

Currently every 6 hours the notification summary appears. I don’t like this time span, because right after getting out of bed there are already notifications on my phone.

I would prefer a adjustable time, like every 24 hours.
