Adjustable y axis position of alphabets scroll bar

The scroll bar (alphabets) is too low for smaller 6.2-inch phones. The bottom character/icon is too far from where your thumb naturally rests. The default position was fine for bigger 6.7-inch phones, but it's not comfy for small ones.
