Adjustible top whitespace for large phones and small hands.

In regular use my thumb can just not reach the top item. When selecting a letter that category is already down a bit, but not enough in my case and with increasing larger phones i think for many that limits one handed use.

For simplification maybe just call it large phone mode and consider the top half of the phone, hard to reach
