Align selected letter of the app drawer to the bottom

An example of this is that I have several apps that start with the letter M and it honestly ends up defeating the purpose of the quick scroll and sorting by most used apps when I have to have to remember to stop at an earlier letter or scroll back up if I don’t have both hands ready.

I think this could be helped if there was an option to scroll Z down to A instead of A down to Z. Another coption could be that the bottom app from the selected letter could be at the bottom of the app drawer when I stop scrolling (the picture showing youtube) instead of floating higher up (the picture showing justwatch).
