allow moving of folders
I have a lot of travel apps I only use a few times a year when traveling for work. So I put them all in a travel folder. I would like to be able to move that folder between the desktop and the all apps list so that when I am traveling, it’s more prominent and then when I’m not traveling, it (like my suitcase) is hidden away out of sight.

If the folder is in your app list and you want it on your home screen, tap and hold and add to favorites. Then tap and hold and remove from app list. It should remain on your home screen and be removed from your app list.
When you no longer want it on your home screen, tap and hold it and add to app list. Then tap and hold and remove from favorites.
That should work
