allow moving of folders

I have a lot of travel apps I only use a few times a year when traveling for work. So I put them all in a travel folder. I would like to be able to move that folder between the desktop and the all apps list so that when I am traveling, it’s more prominent and then when I’m not traveling, it (like my suitcase) is hidden away out of sight.
