Allow pull down of notifications to make consistent with Android

Feature Request

Currently when a notification summary is displayed on home you have to swipe right, then tap down to view. This is inconsistent with Android’s own gestures for notifications which are to pull down for summary then down again for full detail. This would allow consistency of UI, and simplify UX for users.

    The swipe down gesture used to access and pull down the notification shade does not always seem to work. It currently does not work with short pull gestures at all, and even some medium to long pull gestures it is not working on. It would be nice if this could be resolved or adjustable to user preference.
