Allow usage of an alternative weather information source

The current weather information source appears to be insanely consistently incorrect. All summer long it's been suggesting an entire day's worth of rain about two or three times a week and we haven't had that happen once this summer. Gets frustrated when I make plans around the weather and then I check a different weather app and find out this one's completely off base. Love the launcher, thank you!
