Thanks for reporting! Could you add a bit more detail here in the thread so we can look into it? What exactly goes wrong with WhatsApp: does the app not open from Niagara, do its notifications not show up on the home screen, or is it something else?
A screenshot or a short screen recording of the moment it goes wrong helps a lot too.
