Unfortunately, Google currently only allows the system launcher to launch apps in a bubble, which means Niagara Launcher as well as other third-party launchers can't support it. We'll have to wait for a later Android release and hope for Google to expose these APIs.

Android 17 just got a stable launch for Pixels today! Would be great to have this feature

The option to start apps in bubble mode is now standard in Android 17 beta 3 (long press - top right icon).
It would be nice to have it in long press menu in niagara
