App getting removed from Pop-up folder upon update

I’ve only experienced this with the Discover credit card app, but basically, I have it in a pop-up folder in my favorites, and every time the app updates, it gets removed from the pop-up folder, and I have to re-add it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. install the discover app

2. create a pop-up folder, and add it to favorites

3. put the discover app in the pop-up folder

4. update the app

Expected outcome: the app remains in the pop-up folder

Actual outcome: the app gets removed from the pop-up folder
