App icon won't move to it's place immediately after removing it's notification

Hi all, I have a really annoying bug with the notifications feature:

When I open the app to, for example, read the message, the notification should disappear and the list of apps should go back to the default. It kind of works, but when I go back to the launcher the icon of the closed application is moved slightly.

It goes back to it's place after a split second.

Usually the icon is out of place, but sometimes it's doubled and goes back only after interacting with the launcher.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enable notifications under the app

2) Receive a notification that'll show on the home screen

3) Click on the app to read open the app

4) Interact with the app so that the notification goes away

5) Go back to the home screen
