App isn't available - Hertz

After reinstalling the Hertz app, and also reinstalling Niagara Launcher, whenever I try to open it it displays a toast that says App isn't available. Going to the App Info and clicking Open opens the app. It also works from One UI Launcher, but not from Niagara.
