App pop-ups: Swap pop-up's main app with one in the pop-up

For favorite apps, swiping on it shows the app’s pop-up “folder.” Sometimes I end up using an app in the folder more that the favorite app. I'd like to be able to edit the pop-up to swap the favorite app with one in the folder, effectively replacing the favorite app with the other, while retaining the folder contents.

For example I have my favorite game in my favorites and the pop-up contains all my other games. Later, my favorite game changed and I don't play first one as much. I want to remove my old favorite game from my favorites and add my new favorite game, but currently I'd have to rebuild the pop-up contents for it.
