Application startup failure

I've been using it for two months. The first time I used it, it would prompt me whether Niagar wanted to open any app. After I clicked "Always Allow," the app would open automatically every time.

However, recently, for some reason, even after I've selected "Always Allow," it still prompts me to open the app again after one or two hours. Please resolve this as soon as possible! This is severely impacting the smoothness of use and wasting a lot of my time.
