Auto-hide apps in folder from all-apps list

Add an option to folders to hide contained apps from the all-apps list.

This would de-clutter the all-apps list and allow users to organize apps via folders better since the folder would become the primary way to access the contained apps.

We think per-folder makes the most sense instead of a general setting, since it allows for more customization without adding much complexity.
