Automatic Theme Change doesn't work

When I change my wallpaper, the automatic Theme colour won't change. On S26, OneUi 8.5

On my tablet, OneUi 8.0 theme colour changes by changing wallpaper through routines

Like you see in the video, e.g. my wallpaper is basically yellow, white, black → theme colour blue?!

Restart, reinstall don’t work

What to do?
