Avoid scrolling by pushing favorites up when space is available

I'd like to have my favorites be as close as possible to the bottom of the screen, because that's where I can reach easily with just one hand, which seems to be one of the core principles of Niagara.

But then, when I get notifications, or when the music widget shows, icons are pushed further down, and I get a scroll, even though there's plenty of space to the top of the screen. That scroll that moves up/down just a few pixels isn't exactly helping. So to avoid it, I leave pkenty of space to the bottom, to account for notifications, making everything harder to access by default.

My suggestion would be to have an option to avoid the scrollbar when possible, by pushing things up when there is no space available down. This way I can put my favorites as close as possible to the bottom without worrying about the scroll appearing.
