Blur animation in wallpaper with duration of at least 3-5 seconds upon phone unlock

It would be nice if the home screen wallpaper set through the launcher would be blured when unlocking phone. Of course this doesn't contribute to the launcher’s simplicity but it definitely adds a touch of personalization to the home screen and might also improve home screen text visibility in some cases. The blur animation should be smooth and should also have a minimum duration of 3 seconds. Thanks
