bring back the old look and feel menu

the new “edit current theme menu” is not that intuitive and more kludgy compared to the old look and feel menu. i understand themes are the new thing, but i think a happy medium would be an option in the list to just save the current layout as a theme instead of moving all the theming options into some little icons at the bottom
