Browser sites added to home screen dissapear after using Power Saving mode

I add a few frequently visited sites to my home screen and to the app list using the browsers “Add to Home screen” feature. They all dissapear after using power saving mode (Limit Apps and Home Screen ON)

I also have to reenable checking notifications from home screen after using power saving

Reproduced with chrome and Brave browser

The issue does not seem to affect the stock OneUI launcher

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit a page in browser

2. Use browsers add to home screen feature

3. Click in affirmative through Niagara pop-ups (install)

4. Verify site is installed on home screen. Optionally long press and add to app list

5. Ensure that “Limit apps and Home Screen” is ON in Power Saving settings.

6. Turn power saving ON

7. Turn power saving OFF
