Browser widget problem

I have a browser widget in one of my apps as a pop-up, showing bookmarks. Recently it happens that when I try to open the app, it opens the widget. Same happens if I try to go to app settings with long press. I've tried with Chrome and DuckDuckGo widgets.

The problem started a month or two ago. I think after some OS update.

No problems with other widgets, like Teams or Outlook.
