Can no longer move date widget all the way to the top

In older Niagara versions I could disable the clock widget and move the date widget all the way to the top of the screen but since the theming update I can no longer move the date widget all the way up. Seamily space is still resevered for the clock although it has been disabled.

^ The top handle cannot be moved up any further despite nothing being in the way, not even a notch.
