Cannot reach server

Whenever I go to change my theme for wallpaper and text format, the launcher is unable to reach its servers.

It has happened multiple times, during multiple days.

    Thanks for reporting! That message means the app could not reach our servers while loading the theme and wallpaper content. A short outage on our side is one possibility, but since it has happened on several days, something on the network path is more likely: a VPN, an ad blocker, or a firewall blocking our domain. Short background here: Cannot Reach Our Server.

    Worth trying in that order: restart the phone once, switch off any VPN or ad blocker for a moment, and try both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see whether only one of them fails. If you use a firewall app, allow niagaralauncher.app in it.

    If it still shows up after that, could you post the exact error text here in the thread, and whether it happens on Wi-Fi as well as mobile data? That tells us whether the block sits on your connection or on our side.
