Change Density instead of scroll

When there are multiple notifications, a widget, and the music widget, my setup that is normally cleanly on one “page” with no scrolling necessary becomes too long. I'd love for the icon size to scale based on the availability of space, becoming smaller if needed and then growing back to normal size when space is available.
