Classic button navigation behaves strangely

When configuring the Android system navigation to use the classic button navigation (instead of the modern gesture navigation), the Home button behaves strangely in Niagara Launcher — especially when the clock widget has been replaced with a custom widget:

• On the first press of the Home button, the app in the foreground disappears and the launcher’s wallpaper becomes visible.

• After a short delay, the favorites and the widget appear. When pressing the Home button a second time, the favorites and the widget disappear, but only the favorites reappear after a short delay.

• The custom widget remains missing and only reappears after pressing the Home button a third time.
