Clock Feature: Separate apps for Hours and Minutes

It would be really great to have a separate app open when tapping on the hours number compared to tapping on the minutes number of the clock.

For example I have Sleep As Android for my alarms but would like to have my count down timer/stop watch easily available.

I had a weather app that allowed this and it was so useful as the hours and minutes are there anyway so have them even more functional.
