Clock should support Swatch Beats format

Swatch Beats time divides the day into 1000 beats; look it up, it’s pretty cool. I would like the clock in Niagara to support Beats time please. I don’t need the normal clock in the android status bar and another clock at the top of my launcher. But if the clock at the top of my launcher was in beats format, I would definitely enable it cos that’s awesome.
