Clock swaps to small variant even when clock is not moved up

A related issue also appears even when the clock is not moved up all the way:

When the clock is freshly applied, the size is correct and the bigger version is displayed. However, when going back home after a while the clock is suddenly small, even though it has enough space.

Restarting the launcher temporarily fixes the issue (Niagara settings > Advanced > Restart launcher).
