Conditional app pop-ups

In the same way that when I connect an audio device I can have certain apps show up. I would love the ability to customize it with different kinds of connections.

I would want to use work Wi-Fi for my work apps…

My watch could pop up sport apps like Fitbit…

That way based on the predetermined connections in my phone I would have the correct apps at the front.
