Contact Search in universal search.

The contact search feature is very usefull but time taking at the same time when your desired contact is low in search rank. there should be monitoring of how many time i have used the contact to call and after search keyword it should be ranked based on that. atleast first 3 suggestion are keyword → uses rank.
