Create "Pop Up Folder" from Quick Actions Panel

So I don’t know if I named them well, but there are these “Pop up folders” (“Felugró mappák” in Hungarian).

And to create them, it takes a whole lot, to navigate to its settings.

I think it would be a really helpful addition if it could be on the panel, where if you hold the niagara widget for long you get the adjust widget, edit favorites and etc buttons.
