Current Theme anycons and clock face keep resetting

Anycons keep resetting back to folders (default) instead of my selected anycons design. Clock face also keeps resetting to my old one instead of the new one i saved

    for reference this is the setting i am selecting (2nd pic), app colors, and the clock is set to that new style. 1st pic shows what it changes into always, folder style default and previous selected clock style.

    My theme colour also keeps resetting within the day. Only started happening with the last big update. Themeing warns it can't show wallpaper (in case that's related).
