Customise distance app favourites

I would like to increase the empty space between the app favourites and the date/battery/weather row to make the layout more proportional.

I hid the display of the clock because seeing the clock every time I unlock my phone gives me anxiety for I don't have enough time and it is getting late and I become distracted from the reason I unlocked the phone in the first place, like searching a word in the dictionary app.
