Customizable Notification Summary

Hey I wanna use the summarize function for notifications, but it constantly hide some chats or notifications like reminders.. I wish for a way to exclude certain apps from that summary. Or maybe also turn on a filter by specific text. So everything with “TODO” would be always shown (Example)
