Customize Folder Icon Color

It would be nice if I could choose different icon colors for different folders.

For example I choose a folder icon for my finance folder and set the color of the icon to green. Then I choose a icon for my media folder and make the color of the icon red. I would then have two folders with not just a different icon but also a different color of the icon.

This makes it easier for me to recognize which is which at a glance.
