It is not stay in the Niagara Launcher. It is moving back to Phones Default launcher frequently.

    Thanks for reporting, and for testing two other launchers already. On many devices the system is what drops the default home app, so these are the first things to try: set it again under Android settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app, reboot once, and exempt Niagara Launcher from battery optimization so the system does not stop it in the background.     If your iQOO 12 keeps switching back, could you add here how it happens? Does the phone ask you which launcher to use, or does it silently return to the vivo home screen, and does it follow a specific app? A similar vivo report points at the Album app, so that comparison would be helpful.
