Double Tap to Lock

Feature Request

Please implement the following features at your earliest convenience:

  1. Enable the double-tap function to lock the screen.

  2. Introduce a feature on the home screen that allows for minimizing any application, similar to the functionality available in the default launcher.

  3. Add a mini window split-screen capability.

    Good news on the first one: double tap to lock already exists. It's called Quick Lock, and it works by double-tapping the alphabet or the left screen edge. You'll find it under Niagara Launcher's settings > Productivity > Quick Lock. It needs Niagara Pro, Android 9 or newer, and Niagara's accessibility service; the setup, and why the gesture sits on the alphabet rather than anywhere on the home screen, are in Double Tap to Sleep.

    The other two, minimizing an app into a floating window and split screen, are already collected in one post: Floating windows & split screen. Upvoting there is the best way to push them, since we work through requests roughly by upvotes.
